二、因應111年6月22日公務員服務法修正放寬公務員持股比率限制，及鼓勵從事研究人員投入科研成果產業化，爰修正旨揭辦法。
三、檢送「從事研究人員兼職與技術作價投資事業管理辦法」修正條文、總說明及條文對照表各1份。
